Accordingly, you can activate your Carnet Avantages instantly:

  • Simply scan the QR code on your pass or visit our Carnet Avantages webpage to register.

  • When activated you will be able to enjoy access to a host of partner offers across dining, activities, and services.

    Enjoy apéritifs on the house at select Maître Restaurateur restaurants before your meal. Plus, get 5% off snacks or takeaway (excluding alcohol) at cafés and snack kiosks.

Connection and registration

  • Go to: Carnet Avantages Platform
    • Connect/register
    • Enter the requested information (no ID login).
    • Please check that your details are correct, especially the numerical information for your date of birth and Keycard number.
    • In the event of a connection problem, follow the error messages or refer to section 3 of this FAQ for further information.
    • If you’re having trouble viewing the home screen, please refresh your page or clear your cache

Collecting the Benefits

    • Once you’ve logged in, you can collect your benefits either by:
    • Email: Sending them to yourself (to the email address you used when logging in).
    • Download: Saving them to your device (mobile, desktop, tablet).
    • This operation can be repeated as required.
    • Important: If you have lost your lift pass and replaced it at one of our ticket offices, you must download the new PDF of your advantages (old QR codes will no longer be accepted).
  • Voucher Usage
    • To use your benefit:
      • Present the voucher with your valid MONT BLANC Unlimited package and the IDs of the package holders concerned.
    • Vouchers can be presented on paper or digitally on your phone.
  • Connection Errors
    • If you cannot connect and an error message appears, please check the following:
    • You purchased your package less than 24 hours ago (your data may not yet be in our system).
    • Check your Keycard number (format: XXXXXXXX-XXX-XXX).
    • Enter the long number on your magnetic card, with dashes but no spaces. Note: the letter O does not exist – use the number 0 (zero).
    • Check that your date of birth is correct (DD-MM-YYYY).
    • Eligibility error: Holders of CHAMONIX Le Pass or MONT BLANC RapidCard school passes are not eligible for the offer.
  • Support
    • If you cannot solve your problem with the above information, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to respond as soon as possible (maximum same or next day if after hours).
