Enjoy Late Season Skiing with the Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass

The Mont Blanc Unlimited pass, available from March 29th to May 4th, is your gateway to an extraordinary late-season skiing experience in Chamonix and beyond. This versatile pass grants access to a range of exceptional ski areas in the French, Italian, and Swiss Alps, making it the perfect choice for those looking to make the most of spring skiing. Here’s why the Mont Blanc Unlimited pass and late-season skiing should be on your radar.

Late-Season Benefits: Why Ski from March to May?

1. Fewer Crowds: One of the biggest perks of skiing late in the winter season is the significantly reduced crowd levels. As the peak season fades, the slopes are less congested, giving you more space to enjoy your skiing or snowboarding without the usual hustle and bustle. Fewer skiers on the mountain also mean shorter lift lines, so you can spend more time on the slopes and less time waiting.

2. Cheaper Accommodation: As the season winds down, so do accommodation prices. Many hotels, chalets, and apartments offer discounted rates during this period, meaning you can enjoy a high-quality stay in Chamonix or nearby resorts without breaking the bank. Lower costs for lodging, combined with the value of the Mont Blanc Unlimited pass, makes late-season skiing an affordable luxury. We can also find you luxury Chamonix Chalets through our parent company…we have been arranging lovely chalet holidays since 2001!

3. Spring-like Weather: Enjoy the best of both worlds with the combination of snow and sunshine. Late-season skiing often comes with milder temperatures and longer days, creating a more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere on the slopes. The warmer weather makes for pleasant skiing, and it’s a great time to enjoy sun-drenched terraces and après-ski in the open air.

4. Great Snow Conditions: While temperatures might be warmer, the high-altitude resorts covered by the Mont Blanc Unlimited pass, such as Grands Montets and Aiguille du Midi, continue to offer excellent snow conditions. These areas boast glaciers and north-facing slopes, ensuring the snow stays in top condition for thrilling late-season runs.

The Ski Areas Covered by the Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass

The Mont Blanc Unlimited pass offers unparalleled access to top ski areas:

–  Chamonix Valley: Ski the iconic slopes of Brévent, Flégère, Grands Montets, and Les Houches, with options for every level of skier.

– Courmayeur, Italy: Venture through the Mont Blanc Tunnel to explore this charming Italian resort.
