Refund policies can vary, but generally, refunds are given for medical reasons with proper documentation IF you have purchased the insurance add on with your pass or have private health/travel insurance. Passes are generally non-refundable otherwise and Early Bird passes are not refundable.
As you are leaving us without completing your purchase we have a applied a discoount to your passes. Remember with us you have 7 day support and can call anytime you have an issue on the mountain or if you lose your lift pass etc. We are here to help in all circumstances. You won't get this service if you buy over the counter in Chamonix! Call us if you have any questions are want to discuss the price of your passes.
